RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind
We will replace any item damaged in transit, provided you notify us within 24 hours of your delivery being marked as received
To claim a transit replacement: retain all original packaging, photograph the damage alongside the packaging, and email hello@potteryfortheplanet.com with the subject line BROKEN IN TRANSIT followed by your invoice number
