A collection of one-of-a-kind ceramic cups that sit a little outside the lines of our standard range.
Our Topless Cups begin life alongside our regular Travel Cups, but the handmade process does not always follow the plan. Sometimes a cup comes out of the kiln with a slightly different shape that means our silicone lids will not fit. Other times, the glaze develops colours, markings or movement that fall outside the finish we expect from our mainstream collection.
Rather than let these perfectly usable pieces go to waste, we give them a new home in our Topless Cup range.
Without a lid, they are perfect for enjoying coffee, tea, cocktails and other favourite drinks at home. Every cup has its own combination of shape, glaze and markings, making each release completely unique.
Topless Cups are added as these unexpected pieces become available, so the styles, shapes and glazes will always change. Once a particular cup is gone, there may never be another quite like it.

I loved these .. when I saw them just wanted nice, small 6oz pottery espresso or coffee tumbler. Beautiful quail natural looking glaze with bare pottery base and perfect size for us if you don’t like a large coffee.
